The thoughts, they are like butterflies whimsically lighting here and there and then flying off forever at their own choosing.  That &quot;you&#039;ve got mail&quot; sound is like an 18-wheeler truck racing through my brain and collecting all the butterflies, uh, I mean thoughts, on its front grille.

Now that&#039;s a pretty picture.</description>

		<description>My tip, that has worked well this past six months, is to turn off the automatic fetching mail every ten minutes and I only check mail when I am ready to respond. This makes a world of difference as I can choose the time to respond. Plus it prevents a non-urgent email from breaking my fragile concentration.

My Inbox = 20 emails just now but I strive for an empty box.
