The thoughts, they are like butterflies whimsically lighting here and there and then flying off forever at their own choosing. That "you've got mail" sound is like an 18-wheeler truck racing through my brain and collecting all the butterflies, uh, I mean thoughts, on its front grille. Now that's a pretty picture. Oooh, that’s a good one.

This makes a world of difference as I can choose the time to respond. Plus it prevents a non-urgent email from breaking my fragile concentration. My Inbox = 20 emails just now but I strive for an empty box.
